Officials of INEC are still being expected at three polling units at uke wende street almost an hour after election accreditation was scheduled to commence at 8am. According to a cross section of voters at the polling units, people assembled at the polling unit including myself as early as 6:30am Accreditation for the presidential elections were scheduled for 8am to 1am.
